Beer Tower = Beer Paradise!
Now this is one for the Beer Index – the BEER TOWER! Woo hoo! This is so Homer Simpson like that it should make an appearance in this long running cartoon!
This is a cool contraption of genius that keeps 2.5 litres of beer cold so that you can share it with your friends without having to go to a crowded bar each time you want to order drinks. It’s a simple solution to an often complicated problem. And I think it’s better than buying beer in jugs as this avoids the potential for warm dregs when you get to the end of the beer supply!
Here is one that I spotted in Samoa. Note, the guy on the left drinking the wine is a priest! Yes, it’s a pretty relaxed place!
With Samoa being a pretty social society, I’m not surprised that the Beer Tower exists. The local brew, called Vailima, is a really nice German styled lager which is perfect to scoff down in the humid Samoan climate. I had quite a few of them because the beer was well suited to the hot humid days!
The Beer Tower in all it’s glory
I was tempted to take one of these Beer Towers home with me – full of beer! It would be a much appreciated item in my house!
However, I would have definitely blown my customs limit for alcohol. Oh well. It’s just another excuse for me to go back to Samoa!
More Beer Tower Stuff
I guess it’s worth going to Samoa to sample the Vailima golden nectar out of the Beer Tower.
Otherwise, you’ll have to buy a BrewTender Tabletop Beer & Beverage Dispenser or a Double Tap Stainless Steel Draft Beer Kegerator Tower (wow, such a beast exists!) to fill up with your own beer.
You had me at beer! I’m surprised that Samoa offered up a German styled lager!
Yep was a surprise package, but I really enjoyed the Vailimas. Samoa is great fun. Want to go back there!
Where can I purchase one of those Vailima Tower??
Who knows! Might be some in Samoa somewhere!
Want to buy a beer tower and sent to australia. Is this possible. Thanks
I have no idea, haven’t been looking for one!
Hi ,can I order one and get sent to Melbourne ?
I’d love to send you one, but I don’t sell them and I’m not sure where to get your hands on one of these!
